National Employment Strategy (2011-2020)

The development of the National Employment Strategy is based on 3 cornerstones, namely: (1)aligning its vision with the status of the labor market; (2)a comprehensive and systematic diagnosis of the labor market; (3)drawing its future prospects based on key considerations like, nationalizing the work force with the gradual replacement of expatriate labor, support training programs responding to labor market needs, promoting entrepreneurship and a culture of self-employment, encouraging investments for creating job opportunities, supporting people with special needs, reducing structural unemployment, and support the development opportunities in the labor market projects, protecting the rights of workers (social security, insurance, etc.), and advancing tripartite dialogue.
