The Twelfth Conference of the Scientific Association of Human Resources Development Research Centers in the Arab World

Professor Dr. Abdullah Ababneh, Head of the Center and Secretary-General of the Scientific Association of Human Resources Development Research Centers in the Arab World, confirmed that the Association's Twelfth Conference was held in Cairo from October 29-30, 2025, under the title:

In cooperation with the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology and with the support of the Secretariat of the Federation of Arab Scientific Research Councils and the Arab Federation for Technical Education.

The conference was attended by members of the Association's board and researchers from most Arab countries, and in the presence of His Excellency Professor Dr. Abdelmajid Benamara, Secretary General of the Federation of Arab Scientific Research Councils, Professor Dr. Fathi Al-Mansouri, General Coordinator of Scientific Associations, Dr. Ahmed Gabr, representing Professor Dr. Gina El-Feky, President of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology, and Professor Dr. Ali Al-Sayeh M'hamed, Secretary of the Arab Federation for Technical Education, The General Secretariat of the Scientific Association, based at the National Center for Human Resources Development, oversaw the organization of the conference in cooperation with the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology in Cairo, with the support of the General Secretariat of the Federation of Arab Scientific Research Councils. The conference was coordinated by Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Tuwaisi, Deputy Secretary-General of the Association, and Professor Dr. Merit Rustum, a member of the Association's Board from the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology. Professor Dr. Fathi Al-Mansouri from the General Secretariat of the Federation of Arab Scientific Research Councils also participated. The conference concluded with a set of important recommendations, which will be followed up with Arab countries through the General Secretariat of the Federation of Arab Scientific Research Councils. On the sidelines of the conference, a meeting of the Association's Board was held, attended by His Excellency Professor Dr. Abdulmajid Benamara, Secretary-General of the Federation of Arab Scientific Research Councils, and Professor Dr. Fathi Al-Mansouri, General Coordinator of Scientific Associations. It was agreed that the theme of the next conference would be "Professions of the Future," and that the venue for the next conference would be determined in the near future.
